Forward Life Impact (FLI)

Life & Employment Skills Training

The Forward Life Impact (FLI) program provides life and employment skills to youth facing employment barriers. In addition, youth are eligible to participate in a work experience placement.

As part of the training, youth will receive an allowance equivalent to minimum wage while attending workshops. The workshops are 30 hours per week for six or eight weeks.

The goal of Forward Life Impact is to help youth gain employment or return to school.
