Remove barriers and start a new career with the Work Experience and Career Focus program.We connect youth who are employment-ready and committed with quality employment opportunities. Hi Everyone! 😁👋 FLI Program is back for our Hi Everyone! 😁👋 FLI Program is back for our SPRING program! The Forward Life Impact (FLI) program is starting intakes soon! This is a paid 6-week classroom-based program where youth ages 15 - 30 can earn the equivalent of minimum wage while attending!
The FLI program offers youth facing barriers to employment, life and employment skills in topics such as budgeting, job search techniques and resume writing. We can also support you in completing certificate trainings such as ProServe, SellSafe, WHMIS and First Aid!

FORWARD LIFE IMPACT (FLI) - Life & Employment Skil FORWARD LIFE IMPACT (FLI) - Life & Employment Skills TrainingThe FLI program provides life and employment skills to youth facing employment barriers. In addition, youth are eligible to participate in a work experience placement.As part of the training, youth will receive an allowance equivalent to minimum wage while attending workshops. Life & Employment Skills Training for Newcomers to Life & Employment Skills Training for Newcomers to CanadaThe Newcomers Employment Training (NET) program focuses on life and employment skills for youth who have recently moved to Canada and are struggling to find a job.Newcomers are defined as anyone who has moved to Canada up to five years ago. In addition, youth are eligible for a work experience placement.Participants will receive an allowance equivalent to minimum wage while attending workshops, which run 30 hours a week for 11 weeks.Interested?
